I recently announced that I am the new face of Kalmte Health and Beauty Spa.
It’s a privilege, and I wanted to share a bit more about what our partneship entails.
I will be doing a series called “Spas & Psychology” on the By Ntha YouTube channel – where we will get to chat about self-care & wellness.
If you know me, you should know that I am very passionate about psychology. I really think we should centre wellness more in our conversations.
I will be delving into physical, mental, emotional and spiritual care – sharing my experiences, and I hope you can also share yours with me.
But before we get into that; I’d like to gush about the place where we will be filming this series.
