Root yourself in gratitude

Hey hey!

Here is a lovely piece by a dear writer who is a friend (or vice versa?).

Writer’s note-

I love praying and singing, sometimes both become synonymous. I’ve got no time to read anything apart from a prescribed syllabus, but I take time out to watch the skies traverse. My dog and I take walks to smell jasmine and think out loud. An occasional photograph grasps my mind, which otherwise loves to wander into utopia or anarchy, depending on the taste of the air around me.’

|Root yourself in gratitude|

And this world with all its pompous,
liberal inhabitants also houses people voicing constant dirges;
sad songs that venture into terrains of hope at its bleakest.
These people are the flowers in deserts;
grass in the wilderness.
Yet, their crushed petals sing of the most beauteous strains of hope and life.
Conceited I — I,
who have the audacity to grumble of the smallest of grievances!

Gigantic love sealed with prayers,

Seku
