Reviewing My 2021 Vision Board | Year of the Launch

Start the story where you want it to end, and you’ll see the story write itself.

Mandela Mwanza AKA Third Eye

I’ll tell you how this story ends… this story ends with me running (one of) the biggest media empire(s) in Africa. This story is writing itself, brick by brick, in many ways much different from anything I could ever have imagined; in many way greater than anything I ever could have imagine.

But let’s take the story back to a year ago – I was fresh out of a longterm relationship, having just moved into a new house, starting my new life as a single woman.. a life I have come to deeply love.

Before I proceed, shout out to Ramona for these braids. Absolutely love! Painfree braiding (all the natural hair huns said AMEN!) and totally affordable. +265994016949 to hit her up.

I seem to have set some goals for myself – some fairly attainable goals, in a quest not to burn out. I specifically set 7 goals for myself, and I want to in this article review how the year went. I have spent this year “Launching” stuff. I have spent more time in front of the Mic that I care to admit. It’s not been as pleasurable as one would imagine it being. For the most part, I am just delighted the things are launched, and it is now up to them to excel of fail.

For 2021, I had 7 things on my vision board. Review them here with me:

1. Produce more content for YouTube

Verdict: F (Fail) – EPIC FAIL!

2. Start producing shows for NMN Africa

Verdict: B – (Credit)

3. Get more corporate partners and clients

Verdict: A- (Distinction)

4. Establish By Ntha Media as a force in Digital Media in Malawi

Verdict: A+ (Distinction)

5. Establish Digi Savvy Africa

Verdict: A+ (Distinction)

6. Do the second cohort of the #NyenyeziFellowship

Verdict: F (Fail)

7. The By Ntha Talkshow

Verdict: A – (Distinction)

A special shoutout to all the brands who have worked with me and/or my companies in one way or the other. I am truly grateful.

All my love,

Ntha
