Is an MBA for You?

One of the options to consider when thinking of postgraduate education is the opportunity to pursue an MBA (Master of Business Administration).

As an entrepreneur who has set up several startups but also studied a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, I find myself wondering if an MBA would be of value to me.

Lifestyle (Life Currently & Community Events)

(In case you missed it) I share on my business journey – what started out as a small lifestyle blog in 2013 eventually turned into a quarter+ million dollar business, that is growing.

Over the past few years, I have learnt SO much about the tech sector, but also the media sector. In this video, I go into detail of how I set up my blog, and how I worked with my friends and colleagues to create what is soon to be one of the most notable businesses in Malawi.

GMAC New York City MBA Tour

As someone who has built several startups and studied entrepreneurship at postgrad level, the question for me has been ‘would an MBA be of value to me?’

I joined 38 Universities in February at the MBA Tour as was hosted by the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) at The Westin in New York City. I learnt a lot about MBAs and the schools that offer them. I go into detail re what I learnt yesterday at the MBA Tour – why I think an MBA might not be for me, and potentially why it just might be for you!

Camera MADE for CONTENT CREATORS

Speaking of tools to get you started – recently purchased the $499 Sony ZV-1F camera to replace my main vlogging camera.

The Sony ZV-1F is a compact vlogging camera with a Type 1 (13.2×8.8mm) sensor and a fixed 20mm equivalent lens. This is a camera clearly aimed at vloggers, and features a three-capsule mic and fully articulating screen for facing-the-camera video creation.
